Each Participant can submit as first Author: 2 abstracts for Oral Presentations and 2 abstracts for Poster Presentations

The size of Poster boards is 980 mm × 1200 mm. Please, prepare your posters vertically in A0 size
5. Fields marked with * are obligatory.
Abstract submission for individual Oral Presentations or Posters (guidelines):
- Individual Paper Presentation: 20 minutes, incl. 5 minutes for Q&A (in English or French, or Polish)
- Poster: 7 minutes. Posters will be displayed on screens
Content: Posters must include the title, authors and affiliations, an introduction, methodology, results, and references. Graphics, tables, and visuals are encouraged to make the poster engaging and clear.
Font: Use a readable font (e.g., Arial or Calibri), with a minimum font size 24 pt for body text and 36 pt for headings.
Layout: Organize content into sections with clear headings. Ensure good contrast between text and background for readability.
Languages: Posters may be prepared in English or French, or Polish.
Presentation: Presenters must be available next to the screens displayed during the scheduled session to discuss their work with participants and answer questions.
